We are in search of a proficient and dedicated Real Estate Administrator to become part of our growing team. Your role will involve providing administrative assistance to our real estate team, facilitating seamless operations and an effective workflow.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Document Preparation: Handling leases, developer's contracts, and agreements.
* Portals: With deep knowledge on the DLD portal, Brokers App, Trakesshi, Listing Portals, and CRM
* Record Maintenance: Keeping property listings, transactions, and client information up-to-date.
* Coordination: Organizing developers briefing, launches, open houses schedules
* Market Research: Assisting with property valuation and pricing strategies.
* Scheduling: Managing calendars and appointments for agents and brokers.
* Marketing Support: Helping with social media management and website updates.
* Customer Service: Addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Job Details:
*Type: Full-time
*Salary: AED 4,000 - AED 6,000 per month
*Location: Dubai (with a preference for candidates who can reliably commute or plan to relocate)
*Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
*Experience: At least 1 year Real Estate experience as Admin
*Start Date: Expected to start on 15/12/2024
