Key Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads provided by the company as well as through personal networking
- Conduct property tours, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
- Promote properties effectively via social media platforms ( Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Maintain strong client relationship to drive repeat and referral business
- Stay updated with local real estate tends, property values, and competitor offerings

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of real estate/sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and, interpersonal skills
- Good social media presence and digital marketing experience
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to work both independently and as part of team
