Job Title: Business Development Manager (Real estate Agent only)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result‐driven Sr. Business Development Manager (Real estate Agent responsible for driving revenue through B2C & B2B sales closures, developing strategic partnerships, and nurturing long‐term client relationships. The ideal candidate is a strong sales closer with experience in the Immigration and Real Estate industry is a plus, and the capability to fuel business growth in existing and new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop and close B2B & B2C partnership opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches to convert leads into closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Create and execute strategic sales plans focused on driving business migration
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to build brand presence.
- Monitor competition, market trends, and generate insights to develop new business initiatives.
- Ensure high levels of customer retention through proactive account management and communication.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of hardcore sales experience in the Real Estate industry as an agent not as a developer.
- Skills: Excellent convincing, negotiation, and deal‐closing abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong relationship management and client servicing skills.
- Languages: Fluency in English & Hindi is essential. Knowledge of Arabic will be a strong advantage
- Self‐motivated, energetic, and willing to work in a fast‐paced and growth‐oriented environment.
- Ability to travel locally/internationally as per business requirements.
