Proflex Real Estate is looking for dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agents to join our growing team in the UAE.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of proven experience in real estate sales (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market, property laws, and procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about closing deals.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car is an advantage.
Job Description:
- Promote and sell residential & commercial properties.
- Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
- Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
