Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and generating leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives
- Assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conducting property viewings and negotiations
- Maintaining strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, RERA regulations, and industry trends
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a real estate agent in Dubai
- Currently based in Dubai and familiar with the local property market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- RERA certification (preferred)
- Own car and valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
