We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Agent specializing in the Secondary Market to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the sale and purchase of pre-owned residential or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to close deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying and selling secondary (pre-owned) properties.
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, online platforms, and cold calling.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed market information.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- List properties with accurate descriptions, photos, and competitive pricing.
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and closing processes.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and regulatory changes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate developers, and other agents.
- Ensure all documentation and transactions comply with legal and ethical standards.

Basic salary + Commission
