Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends.
- Arrange property viewings and accompany clients.
- Negotiate and close deals in compliance with company policies and RERA regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker/Agent in Dubai (preferred).
- Valid UAE driving license and own car (advantage).
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

License/Certification:
