About Us:
Noble Land Real Estate LLC is a fast-growing Dubai-based brokerage with a focus on off-plan developments and premium secondary market properties. We are expanding our team and seeking experienced and motivated Real Estate Agents to join our sales division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote off-plan projects from top developers across Dubai
- Handle inquiries and convert leads into successful sales
- Build and maintain client relationships for resale listings
- Provide investment advice based on market knowledge
- List and close transactions on portals and CRM platforms
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and developer launches
- Work closely with team and admin to manage full sales cycle
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience (off-plan and/or resale)
- Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented
- Fluent in English (Turkish, Arabic, or Russian is a plus)
- Knowledge of CRM systems and Dubai property portals
