Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties (off-plan, residential, or commercial)
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters
- Actively prospect, generate, and follow up on leads
- Close deals effectively through strong negotiation and sales skills
- Maintain and grow long-term client relationships
- Stay informed about market trends and new project launches
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE real estate market
- Proven ability to close sales independently
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-service skills
- Existing network of clients is a strong advantage
- Must be self-motivated and comfortable with a commission-only structure
