Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of real estate operations, strong managerial skills, and the ability to implement systems and processes that ensure efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations across all departments including leasing, property management, sales, and facilities.
- Optimize workflows to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor KPIs and implement improvements across service, sales, and property portfolios.
Property & Portfolio Oversight
- Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
- Ensure all properties are compliant with local laws and regulations (RERA, DLD, etc.).
- Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and facility management teams.
Team & Vendor Management
- Lead, train, and support a team of property agents, admin staff, and field teams.
- Manage relationships with service providers, contractors, and external vendors.
- Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for various departments.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary contact for high-value clients and owners.
- Resolve tenant issues, disputes, and escalations efficiently.
- Support leasing and sales efforts through operational coordination.
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate financial and operational reports.
- Prepare monthly performance reports for senior management.
- Ensure all company practices are compliant with UAE regulations and RERA policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, RERA guidelines, and DLD processes.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
