Overview
Job Description
- Ensure the prospecting and sale of the company's real estate assets (land, housing, premises, etc.)
- Present projects to clients in a clear, persuasive and technical manner
- Support clients throughout the sales process (visit, financing, signing)
- Understand architectural plans, technical characteristics of projects and answer client questions
- Participate in real estate fairs, trade shows and events
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and technical teams to stay up to date on current projects
Job Requirements
- Training in business, architecture, construction or similar field
- Successful experience in real estate sales or a similar commercial position
- Good knowledge of architecture or ability to read and explain plans
- Excellent interpersonal skills, careful presentation and initiative
- Proficiency in office tools
