We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agents to join our team and help clients buy, sell, and rent properties in Dubai’s fast-growing real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through networking, marketing, and property portals.
- Manage property listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other platforms.
- Conduct property viewings, market research, and client presentations.
- Negotiate rental and sales agreements to close deals.
- Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Stay updated on RERA regulations, community developments, and market trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate or sales (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and RERA processes.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
- RERA certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).
