Job Description:
We are currently seeking for an Real Estate Sales Manager with expertise in property sales and a strong skill set in communication, negotiation, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be highly literate with PC applications and site portals, and possess excellent English language skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
- Monitor market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular performance reports and forecasts to management.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and local real estate laws.
Requirements:
- Must be available to join immediately and currently residing in Dubai, UAE.
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager, preferably with a UAE-based property developer.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai real estate market.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- RERA certification is a plus.
