Job Title: Front Desk cum Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and well-organized Front Desk cum Administrative Assistant to manage reception duties and provide administrative support. The role requires someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring prompt response and redirection as required.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and welcoming.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when needed.
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Provide administrative support to management and staff as needed.
- Support HR, Accounts, and Admin departments with clerical duties such as printing, scanning, and data entry.
- Maintain visitor logbooks and assist with attendance records.
- Support in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Administrative Assistant preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration are an advantage.
