Duties and Responsibilities:
- Guest Services:
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
- Provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate guest records and manage booking systems.
- Process payments and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Communication:
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.
- Communicate effectively in Russian and assist non-Russian speaking guests.
- Security:
- Monitor guest access and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Promotions:
- Promote hotel services and upsell to enhance guest experience.

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
