We are a leading medical center in Dubai seeking a dynamic and confident Receptionist to be the face of our clinic. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English, have a pleasant personality, and possess strong sales and communication skills to assist in converting inquiries into appointments and encouraging patients to proceed with recommended treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients warmly, ensuring a professional and friendly environment.
- Manage patient bookings, follow-ups, and daily schedules efficiently.
- Provide detailed information about our medical services and offers.
- Engage with potential and current patients to promote services and upsell treatments where appropriate.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure patient satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
- Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins professionally.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation using clinic software.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or front desk role in a clinic or healthcare setting (preferred).
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Strong sales ability with a talent for convincing and guiding patients toward suitable treatments.
- Presentable, confident, and articulate with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, remain organized, and work under pressure.

المهام الرئيسية:
- استقبال المرضى والزوار بطريقة لبقة ومهنية.
- تنسيق وحجز المواعيد اليومية ومتابعة الحالات بكل دقة.
- تقديم معلومات مفصلة عن خدمات المركز والعروض المتوفرة.
- التواصل الفعّال مع المرضى الحاليين والجدد لترويج الخدمات وتشجيعهم على البدء بالعلاجات المناسبة.
- التعاون مع الفريق الطبي لضمان رضا المرضى وتقديم تجربة مميزة.
- الرد على الاستفسارات عبر الهاتف أو الواتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني أو الزيارات المباشرة.
- تنظيم ملفات المرضى والتأكد من إدخال المعلومات بشكل دقيق في النظام.
المتطلبات:
- خبرة سابقة كموظفة استقبال، ويفضل في قطاع الرعاية الصحية.
- إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية أمر ضروري.
- مهارات عالية في الإقناع والمبيعات والقدرة على تحويل الاستفسارات إلى مواعيد فعلية.
- شخصية جذابة، واثقة، وتتمتع بمهارات تواصل ممتازة.
- القدرة على التنظيم، العمل تحت الضغط، وتعدد المهام.
