Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market presence. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and hands-on marketing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, digital marketing strategies, and branding initiatives.
Manage social media accounts and contribute to content creation to increase engagement and reach.
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle client concerns professionally.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales with additional knowledge of marketing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media management.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
