- Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Monitor and manage entry/exit of individuals in accordance with residence policies.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails related to residence hall inquiries.
- Issue room keys, visitor passes, and handle key check-in/check-out processes.
- Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, maintenance requests, and incident reports.
- Provide information and assistance to residents about housing policies, procedures, and campus resources.
- Support the coordination of move-in/move-out processes and room inspections.
- Report maintenance issues, emergencies, or policy violations to appropriate staff.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
