We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Dubai, specializing in sourcing and hiring top talent for white collar positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and the ability to engage with professionals across various industries to fulfill our department's hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for white collar roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with department managers to understand their hiring requirements.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and networking to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure the right fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and facilitate feedback.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics.
- Stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks relevant to white collar positio
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably focused on white collar or professional roles.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and clients effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of the UAE job market and employment regulations is a plus.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
