Main tasks:
- Guest message management (Airbnb, Booking.com, and other portals)
- Written and telephone responses with a professional, empathetic and clear tone
- Operational communication with the cleaning and maintenance team
- Daily support for internal resource coordination
- Frequent use of WhatsApp Business, messaging software and browser
- Call reception and routing – basic telephone skills required
