Restaurant Supervisor – Thai Casual Dining Restaurant
We are an authentic Thai casual dining restaurant known for delivering real Thai street flavors in a relaxed, high-energy environment. We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who is passionate, proactive, and ready to lead daily operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate the service team with professionalism and energy.
- Ensure food presentation and service reflect authentic Thai standards.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational performance.
- Work closely with the kitchen to maintain flow and communication.
- Respond to customer feedback effectively and professionally.
- Manage stock levels, cleanliness, staff scheduling, and compliance.
- Monitor and improve performance across online aggregator platforms (Talabat, Deliveroo, etc.).
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or F&B industry.
- Solid knowledge of Thai cuisine and culture; understanding of Thai language is a strong plus.
- Active, presentable, and disciplined with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- A self-driven individual with a passion to improve systems and elevate team performance.
- Familiarity with online aggregator platforms is an added advantage.
