We’re Hiring: Restaurant Supervisor
We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and responsible Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at our restaurant in DAMAC Hills 2 (located in the community shopping centre within DAMAC Mall, Dubai).

Criteria:
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience in Dubai
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage all aspects of restaurant operations
- Ensures operations are carried out efficiently and cost-effectively
- Improves internal systems, processes, and best practices
- Ensures compliance with local laws and regulations
- Sets strategic and operational goals for the team
- Performs quality control and monitors performance
- Focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales
- Continuously looks for ways to improve service quality
