Job Objective:
Contribute to growing the company's client base by attracting new accounts, presenting services professionally, following up post-sale, and ensuring service execution aligns with quality standards in coordination with the internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify new clients in the target market (restaurants, clinics, brands).
Understand client needs and recommend suitable services.
Coordinate online or in-person meetings with potential clients.
Present proposals and pricing, and close deals professionally.
Build long-term relationships to ensure retention and upselling.
Follow up with internal teams (Content / Design / Ads) regarding service delivery.
Review and confirm monthly Content Calendar with clients.
Coordinate with videographers and photographers on shoot days and attend as needed to ensure execution aligns with strategy.
Ensure team commitment to quality and deadlines.
Submit weekly reports on client performance and account health.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales or account management, preferably in marketing/media.
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Professional email writing and comfort with CRM / Google Workspace.
Strong organizational skills and daily follow-up discipline.
Basic understanding of social media campaign management.
General knowledge of visual content and shooting styles.
