* Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing principles and strategies.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms).
* Valid UAE Driving License is a requirement.
Job Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be a pivotal force in driving the growth and market presence of our technical and cleaning services. This role requires a blend of strategic marketing acumen and aggressive sales execution to identify new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and achieve ambitious revenue targets in the competitive UAE market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the cleaning and technical services industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
* Identify, research, and target potential clients for technical and cleaning services (e.g., commercial buildings, hotels, residential complexes, industrial facilities, government entities).
* Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, industry events, referrals, and digital channels.
* Conduct thorough needs assessments for prospective clients, understanding their specific technical and cleaning requirements.
* Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs, effectively showcasing the value proposition of our services.
* Negotiate terms of agreements, pricing, and contracts to close deals and secure new business.
* Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
* Maintain an updated CRM system with accurate client information, sales activities, and pipeline status.
* Collaborate closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
* Participate in site visits and provide expert advice on suitable cleaning and technical solutions.
* Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the cleaning and technical services sector.
2. Marketing Strategy & Execution:
* Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales objectives.
* Conduct market research to identify new service opportunities, understand customer preferences, and analyze competitor offerings.
* Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), email marketing, and potentially SEO/PPC.
* Create engaging and persuasive marketing content, including brochures, presentations, website copy, and case studies, specifically highlighting the technical aspects and cleaning expertise.
* Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our services and expand the professional network.
* Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize ROI.
* Develop promotional materials and presentations that effectively communicate the benefits and unique selling points of our services.
* Manage marketing budgets effectively.
3. Client Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
* Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional technical and cleaning services to existing clients.
* Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and secure contract renewals.
* Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction, contributing to positive client testimonials and referrals.
