Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales and marketing operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments
- Communicate with clients, handle inquiries, and follow up on leads
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns, materials, and strategies
- Maintain CRM and prepare sales reports and presentations
- Coordinate participation in exhibitions and promotional events
Requirements:
- Fluency in English, and Hindi is a must, Arabic is a plus.
- Proven experience in a sales or marketing role, freshers considerable.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM is a plus
