Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help drive business growth. The Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes, handling administrative tasks, coordinating communication between departments, and supporting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales documents, and managing calendars.
- Coordinate sales-related activities, such as lead tracking, proposal generation, and contract management.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and CRM systems accurately.
- Communicate with clients to manage inquiries, orders, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and distribute sales performance reports, forecasts, and other relevant data to management.
- Assist in the preparation of promotional materials, presentations, and product information.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure alignment on campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on issues and coordinating with internal departments for resolution.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics or supply chain to ensure timely product delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with sales reporting tools or dashboards.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
