Job description:
- Handle guest enquiries regarding packages and convert those enquiries to confirmed orders through effective up-selling techniques.
- Responsible for the setup and execution of party bookings
- Responsible to create packages tailored to guest’s/customers’ requirements with high apt up-selling and business techniques.
- Responsible for the planning and execution of all agreed party requirements which includes cost, menu, decorations and other services. - . -
- Responsible for post-party / event follow up and ensuring that customer feedback forms/reports are completed and shared with the Team Leader and Centre Manager.
Qualifications: -
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Must have 2-3 years’ supervisory experience in the same capacity or similar field birthday party operations is mandatory
- Excellent Communication Skills
