Role Overview:

The ideal candidate is confident on calls, skilled at pitching with conviction, and has a proven ability to close deals quickly. You will play a key role in building sales pipelines, converting leads through proactive outreach, and contributing directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Make consistent outbound calls and follow-ups to engage and convert potential clients.
- Deliver compelling pitches with confidence and conviction to drive sign-ups and conversions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure.
- Build and optimize sales pipelines to maximize lead-to-client conversion rates.
- Conduct product demos and clearly articulate our value proposition.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive upsells and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to refine sales messaging and go-to-market strategy.
- Track, report, and analyse performance metrics to improve efficiency and results.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of proven sales experience in crypto trading, fintech, or financial markets.
- 100% crypto fluency — solid understanding of prop trading, trading platforms, and market structures.
- Strong phone presence and ability to win trust, build conviction, and close deals over calls.
- Track record of B2C sales success, hitting and exceeding KPIs/targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, and driven by results in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and digital sales platforms.
Network in trading firms, crypto communities, or financial services is a plus.
