Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive – ELV Systems to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience selling Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems within the UAE market. This role requires a proactive individual capable of developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and working closely with technical teams to deliver customized solutions. A valid UAE driving license and immediate availability are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the ELV sector, including CCTV, access control, intercom, BGM, and structured cabling systems.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose customized ELV solutions based on client requirements.
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market opportunities.
- Follow up promptly on leads and convert prospects into closed deals.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of proven sales experience in ELV systems within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of ELV products including CCTV, access control, intercom systems, and structured cabling.
- Valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Immediate availability to join.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
