We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a proven track record in the Joinery & Interior Design industry. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of joinery & interior design industry, coupled with exceptional sales and relationship-building skills with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the joinery & interior design sectors, including commercial & residential development projects and hospitality establishments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, clients, contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to create customized solutions that meet client requirements and specifications.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements to ensure favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Sales & Marketing) or related field.
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of proven UAE sales experience in the joinery & interior design industry.
- Strong understanding of joinery products, interior design solution and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
