About the Work
As our Sales Manager, you’ll be on the front line. Building relationships, negotiating with prospective clients, attending events and closing the best deals. This is an A-player environment. Our standards are out of this world. We choose do'ers > talkers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building Relationships: Leverage your existing network and establish new connections with high-profile clients, blue chip brands, world class agencies and other sales people.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate and close deals in a variety of industries and ticket sizes
- Networking Lottery: Bring your A-game to work and we'll make sure to invite you to the best events in the Middle East.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent 8Flamez in a way that aligns with our values. Success here isn't winning at any cost. Values > everything.
Who Should Apply
- Proven Track Record: You’ve consistently exceeded sales targets and have a history of success in high-stakes environments.
- Local Expertise: You have an extensive network in the Middle East and a deep understanding of the region’s market dynamics.
