Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (Arabic Speaker) with strong real estate experience to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing a high-performing team, building client relationships, and ensuring targets are consistently achieved in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Oversee the entire sales process — from lead generation to deal closing.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, investors, and property developers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance performance and product knowledge.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all transactions.
- Handle escalated client concerns professionally and promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of proven sales experience in the real estate sector, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- UAE driving license (preferred).
