About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Sales Manager to drive our sales initiatives and expand our market presence in Dubai's competitive real estate landscape. The ideal candidate is not just a manager but a deal-maker, with a proven track record of leveraging their extensive network of agents and brokers to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role requires a strategic leader who can build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team while directly engaging with key channel partners.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a real estate sales management role within the Dubai market.
- Must possess a verifiable and strong network of contacts with major real estate brokerages and independent agents in Dubai.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai's property areas, regulations (RERA), and market dynamics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is essential.
