We are looking for a passionate and experienced B2B Sales Manager to lead our pet products division. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in a managerial, supervisory, or team lead role, preferably within the pet industry. This role requires an individual who can effectively drive a team to meet sales targets, manage client relationships, and develop successful sales strategies. A valid driving license is essential, and fluency in English is required, with knowledge of Hindi being an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and inspire a sales team to achieve or exceed B2B sales targets. Provide coaching, training, and support to the team to ensure high performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and capture new market opportunities within the pet products industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients. Ensure excellent customer service and explore opportunities for expanding partnerships.
- Establish clear sales goals for the team and ensure timely achievement of individual and team targets.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed about trends, competitors, and customer needs, utilizing insights to improve sales performance.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of pet products and services, positioning the company’s offerings to meet client needs effectively.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide detailed analysis to senior management on team performance, market opportunities, and future plans.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to travel across the UAE to meet clients, attend meetings, and support the sales team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial, supervisory, or team leadership role in B2B sales, preferably in the pet products industry.
- Candidates with a genuine passion for pets and an understanding of the pet products market will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing a sales team to meet performance goals.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- A valid UAE driving license is required.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to drive results and adapt to changing market dynamics.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
