Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve project sales targets, leading and motivating the sales team, building strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth sales operations from lead generation to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve assigned targets for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential buyer segments.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.
- Set individual and team KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
- Motivate and guide the team to ensure high productivity and morale.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
- Conduct client meetings, property viewings, and negotiations.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
Sales Operations
- Manage lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes.
- Coordinate with marketing for sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure accurate documentation, contract preparation, and timely follow-up on payments.
Reporting
- Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE real estate sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai real estate market, RERA regulations, and property laws.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
