Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our auction sales operations. The Sales Manager will be responsible for coordinating directly with the purchasers/buyers team, ensuring high buyer engagement, and working closely with the auctions, operations, and shipping departments to maximize vehicle turnover and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase vehicle turnover through auctions.
- Liaise with the purchaser/buyer teams to ensure buyer needs and preferences are understood and met.
- Maintain strong coordination with the auction team to ensure timely updates, catalogues, and seamless auction operations.
- Work closely with the operations and shipping team to track inventory, manage logistics, and ensure vehicles are delivered or released promptly.
- Analyze sales trends, bidder behavior, and auction performance to improve marketing and pricing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular buyers, dealers, and fleet customers.
- Ensure customer service standards are upheld, resolving complaints or disputes in coordination with management.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns, promotions, and client engagement strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Any degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of sales experience in automotive, auctions, or related sectors.
- Knowledge of vehicle import/export, auctions, and local market dynamics.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
