Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Manager with 5-6 years of experience in the food & beverage industry (protein & organic meal bars). The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthy food, proven sales skills, and the ability to drive growth by building strong relationships with clients and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and onboard new retail and wholesale clients, including grocery stores, health food shops, and online platforms.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Market Expansion: Research and develop new market opportunities, including local and regional expansion.
- Product Promotion: Educate potential clients on the benefits and unique selling points of the company’s date bars, conducting presentations, product demos, and tastings when necessary.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and present insights to the management team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination between production and distribution channels.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyse feedback from clients and the market to inform product development and improve offerings.
Qualifications:
- Passion for Healthy Foods: Knowledge of the health and wellness market, with a genuine interest in nutritious food products.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the food & beverage or healthy snacks industry.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to close deals.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet sales targets with minimal supervision.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
- Driving License: A valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
What we offer:
- Salary Range between AED 3,000 to AED 5,000 monthly plus commission.
