Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to drive sales for our luxury real estate portfolio. The role focuses on managing a team of sales executives, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in the high-end property segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with HNWIs, UHNWIs, and brokers.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and senior management on campaigns and client events.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
- Report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of real estate sales experience, preferably in luxury properties.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of Dubai’s luxury real estate market.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
