BrandXB is a fast-growing marketing and consultancy agency based in Dubai, delivering cutting-edge solutions in branding, content creation, social media, public relations, and F&B consultancy. We’re expanding our team and looking for a dynamic, result-driven Sales Manager – Media with strong experience in media sales and agency work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads and close deals with clients across sectors (F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, etc.).
- Pitch BrandXB’s services (Social Media, Branding, PR, Web, Photography, etc.) to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the creative and strategy team to develop tailored proposals.
- Identify market trends and competitive landscape to stay ahead.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the media/marketing/advertising industry (agency background is a must).
- Must own a car and have a valid UAE driving license.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong network and database of potential leads is a plus.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
