Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage a team of property consultants to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
✅ Develop and implement effective sales strategies, especially for off-plan properties.
✅ Maintain strong relationships with developers and clients to maximize business opportunities.
✅ Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing training and support where needed.
✅ Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
✅ Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate, specifically in off-plan sales.
- Strong understanding of the UAE property market and developer portfolios.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills..
- Proven leadership abilities and a proactive sales approach.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
