Key Responsibilities
Customer Service (Primary Focus)
- Handle all client enquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and messages in a warm, luxury, and professional tone.
- Understand client needs and guide them to the right services (e.g., clarifying details for nails, facials, or massage bookings).
- Create and manage bookings through the ERP system, ensuring accuracy of services, technician assignment, and time slots.
- Provide pricing information and package/offer details to clients.
- Follow up with clients for booking confirmations, reminders, and post-service feedback.
- Handle complaints or issues promptly, escalating when necessary, while maintaining a service-first approach;
Skills & Competencies Required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong customer-first attitude with a luxury service approach.
- Ability to handle high-volume WhatsApp chats while keeping responses accurate and timely.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with ERP systems, WhatsApp Business tools, and booking software.
- Multi-tasking and organizational skills to handle both online customer service and in-person reception (if needed).
- Calm, solution-oriented, and professional under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
