We are seeking an experienced SAP Implementation Project Manager to lead the end-to-end deployment of our new Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and on-time implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, aligning business needs with technical capabilities to support the future of our employee experience.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Implementation Project Manager to lead the end-to-end deployment of our new Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and on-time implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, aligning business needs with technical capabilities to support the future of our employee experience.
You will work closely with internal HR and IT Divisions, external implementation partners, and a broad range of stakeholders to deliver a solution that is compliant, future-ready, and widely adopted across the business.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Lead the full implementation lifecycle of SAP SuccessFactors, from project initiation to post-go-live stabilization, in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables across all implementation phases.
- Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders, including HR leadership, IT, vendors, change management teams, and steering committees.
- Oversee system configuration to align with HR processes such as Core HR, Recruiting, Performance Management, Onboarding, and/or Compensation modules.
- Ensure localization of the system to meet Middle East labor laws, compliance requirements, and cultural practices.
- Coordinate data migration activities, including governance, quality assurance, and validation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Direct system integration efforts with payroll, timekeeping, and other enterprise systems.
- Oversee the testing process (UAT, regression, integration) including test planning, execution, and defect resolution.
- Partner with change management to develop and deliver communications, training, and adoption strategies for end-users and stakeholders.
- Monitor project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate as necessary to ensure delivery remains on track.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts, holding suppliers accountable to scope, deliverables, timelines, and SLAs.
- Facilitate decision-making and resolve project issues across cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standards throughout the implementation.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to executive sponsors and governance bodies.
- Oversee knowledge transfer and ensure comprehensive documentation for long-term system sustainability.
- 8–10+ years of project management experience, with at least 3–5+ years managing SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and HRIS functionality.
- Proven experience in multi-country HRIS rollouts, ideally across the GCC region.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or JIRA.
- PMP, Agile, or other PM certifications are a plus.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification strongly preferred.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated experience with data governance and quality control in HRIS projects.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
