In September 2025 we will be opening our first permanent overseas showroom on the Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai.
We are seeking a well-organized, proactive, and professional Female Secretary with prior experience working in an Interior Design Company. The ideal candidate will play a key administrative role in supporting the design team by preparing customer designs and quotations, and also ensuring smooth office operations and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing client proposals and designs.
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain schedules and calendars for management and design staff
- Prepare and organize meetings, presentations, and documents
- Maintain and update client database
- Provide logistics support to showroom and fitting teams
Requirements:
- Female candidate only (as per company requirements)
- Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant in an Interior Design firm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information confidentially

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
