Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Security Operations Supervisor to oversee daily security operations and ensure a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security services, leadership, and incident management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel on site.
- Ensure all security operations are conducted in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Prepare daily shift schedules and assign duties to security guards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and patrols to ensure coverage and vigilance.
- Monitor CCTV and access control systems, and respond to incidents or emergencies.
- Train, evaluate, and discipline security staff as required.
- Maintain incident and daily activity reports.
- Liaise with clients to understand site-specific needs and resolve any concerns.
- Ensure all guards are properly uniformed, equipped, and briefed.
- Report serious incidents to senior management immediately.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a security supervisory role.
- SIRA Supervisor certification (mandatory).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts.
- Proficiency in reporting and using surveillance systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends.
