About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving data-driven decision-making for our advertising business in the Middle East and other regions. You will focus on building analytical frameworks, identifying business opportunities, and providing actionable insights to support strategic growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis and Management: Global Business Solutions – business data analysis, develop strategic planning, provide solutions and implementation plans; based on understanding and analysis of specific business domains, continuously optimize control rules, product tools, and business operations to support strategy implementation.
- Monitoring & Data Analysis: Regular monitoring and analysis of various business metrics in METAP; provide corresponding solutions to assist the platform sales team in continuously improving consumer experience.
- Business Puzzle Breakdown: Familiar with industry rules, especially E-commerce vertical; deeply support sales and client solution team leaders in project task breakdown, prioritization, and monitoring important business progress; measure project output and efficiency through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Regional Strategy & Operations: Based on local advertising business development needs in the Middle East and company strategy, establish a business health operation analysis framework and data infrastructure system; guide business direction through goal decomposition and process indicator setting.
- Project Review & Recommendations: Regularly conduct thematic analysis and project reviews for initiatives in responsible regions; perform targeted analysis on core operating indicators and abnormal data, delivering clear recommendations for business improvements.
- Business Opportunities & Implementation: Proactively identify local business needs and pain points, uncover opportunities, formulate reasonable goals, and provide specific, feasible suggestions to drive implementation.
