Details:
Location: Deira
Experience: 5 years (1 year of UAE experience is compulsory)
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage forecasts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and profitability.
- Prepare financial statements and reports, including consolidations.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate with financial consultants when required.
- Manage client reports and communication.
- Design and implement mechanisms to monitor and control revenue and key financial risks.
- Ability to undertake KYC, screening, and risk assessment, reporting suspicious transactions and implementing AML policies.
Qualifications:
Qualified CA, CPA, or ACCA
Minimum 5 years of experience
In-depth knowledge of UAE's financial regulation, compliance, and reporting standards
Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
Basic applicability of AML
Proficient with internal audit
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong team player
