Sales & Operations Administration
- Assist in the preparation and processing of sales and lease-related documentation (e.g., agreements, renewals, terminations, and settlements).
- Coordinate with Legal for the issuance of standard correspondence (e.g., notices, reminders) in line with company guidelines.
- Liaise with Finance to follow up on invoicing, payments, collections, and reconciliations to ensure accurate revenue tracking.
- Support operational coordination related to supplier services, including PR/PO processing, vendor communication, and invoice follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems (e.g., YARDI or ERP platforms) across sales and operational functions.
- Track and update databases related to property units, parking, storage, and contracts, ensuring consistency with actual status.
- Assist in month-end reporting and documentation preparation required for operational and financial closure.
- Support daily administrative functions including filing, system entries, and coordination across internal departments.
Planning & Control
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of operational workflows to support timely execution of sales and administrative activities.
- Contribute to data entry, reporting, and document management to ensure the accuracy and consistency of departmental outputs.
- Monitor deadlines for approvals, renewals, and documentation submission, following up with stakeholders as required.
- Provide support for audits, internal reviews, and performance reporting through data consolidation and documentation
- Bachelor’s Degree in business management/administration.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administrative support, leasing admin, sales coordination, or operations.
- Exposure to property management, leasing, or real estate systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of leasing processes and documentation
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., YARDI)
- Data accuracy and reporting skills
- Strong legal and compliance awareness
- Familiarity with procurement workflows
- Strong administrative and coordination abilities
