- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in site supervision within the interior fit-out industry
- Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth and timely execution of interior fit-out works
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, tradesmen, and laborers on site
- Monitor and implement daily and weekly work schedules based on the project timeline
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site
- Manage materials and tools, ensuring proper usage, storage, and minimal wastage
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other site personnel
- Solve on-site issues and unforeseen challenges to avoid project delays
- Track progress and prepare daily and weekly site reports
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants, clients, and other stakeholders
- Ensure timely inspections, snagging, and final handover procedures are carried out
- Maintain proper housekeeping and organization on site to support efficiency
- Monitor the condition and use of tools and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance
- Assist in the procurement and delivery coordination of site materials when needed
- Ensure that all installation works meet company and industry standards
