· Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy aligned with clinic goals.
· Manage daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
· Plan and execute campaigns that promote services, products, and client success stories.
Content Creation & Curation
· Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce engaging visuals and videos.
· Write compelling captions, blog snippets, and promotional copy tailored to each platform.
· Curate user-generated content and testimonials to build trust and authenticity.
Analytics & Optimization
· Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize content accordingly.
· Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations for growth.
· Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and adjust strategies proactively.
Community Engagement
· Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
· Foster relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
· Monitor online conversations and manage reputation across platforms.
Collaboration & Campaigns
· Work closely with dermatologists, aestheticians, and marketing team to align messaging.
· Coordinate influencer partnerships and paid ad campaigns to boost visibility.
· Support product launches, promotions, and clinic events with tailored social content.
