We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Executive with a strong passion for digital marketing and social media trends. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s presence across various social media platforms, driving engagement, and enhancing brand awareness. This role is open exclusively to UAE Nationals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement across all platforms.
- Create engaging, relevant, and high-quality content (graphics, videos, blogs, posts) for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others, ensuring it reflects the brand's voice and values.
- Actively monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages, and engage with the community to build relationships and increase loyalty.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive brand awareness, increase engagement, and achieve business objectives.
- Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for all social media platforms, providing insights to improve engagement and effectiveness. Suggest improvements based on performance data.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and social media best practices. Proactively identify new opportunities to engage with target audiences and increase brand visibility.
- Assist with the planning and execution of paid social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads), ensuring optimal targeting, budgeting, and return on investment (ROI).
- Identify and collaborate with social media influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
- Address negative feedback or social media crises in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues when necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- UAE National
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably with a focus on content creation and community management.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).
- Proficient in social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Knowledge of social media trends, pop culture, and emerging platforms.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, is preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
